Author Biography

Jonathan Miller is a partner and co-owner of Miller Ryan LLC, and a member of the Citistates Group, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Real Estate Editors. He is author of Emerging Trends in Real Estate, the leading commercial real estate industry outlook report, Infrastructure 2012, and the weekly Trend Czar blog for GlobeStreet.com, the real estate news website. He lives in New York City.
