Author Biography

Kalvin Platt is a fellow at the American Institute of Architects and a planner and urban designer with more than 50 years of experience. He is the lead planning consultant to Charles Cobb at the Arvida Corporation and the chairman of SWA Group, an international landscape design and planning firm. He lives in Sausalito, California.
